St. Thomas, Ont. -- The first videotape of interviews with seven children who were taken from their southwestern Ontario home last year by children's services was shown in court yesterday.

Family and Children's Services of St. Thomas-Elgin alleges the children's parents, who are members of the Church of God, employed excessive use of physical discipline. and is asking the court to find the children in need of further protection.

On the tape, a 12-year-old boy was questioned about discipline in the home, the actions of his parents and his brothers and sisters.
